REGISTRATION AND HOTEL RESERVATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, MARCH 31, 2017. After that date you may still come to the meeting and register onsite at an increased rate.
You must register for the meeting before you are able to make your hotel reservation.
Fees include admission to all meeting and social functions. To be included in the final registration lists in the Registration Booklet, ILMA must receive your registration and payment by March 17.
The ILMA member early registration and registration fees apply only to those attendees who are employed by an ILMA member company.
$845 — Early registration *register by Friday, March 10
$945 — Registration *after Friday, March 10
$1,195 — Onsite
Spouse/Guest — $300
Spouses and guests (18 years and older) must register at the spouse/guest fee to attend any ILMA social and/or business functions.
If the spouse/guest is employed by an ILMA member company, they must instead register at the ILMA member rate.
Non-Member First-Time Attendee — $2,500 ($2,750 onsite)
An individual or company that has never attended an ILMA meeting. If you are interested in attending as a non-member first-time attendee, and also in joining the Association, please contact the ILMA office at 703-684-5574 or firstname.lastname@example.org before registering so meeting and membership options can be thoroughly explained.
Non-Member Repeat Attendee — $5,000 ($5,250 onsite)
An individual or company that has attended previous ILMA meetings and is currently not a member of the Association.
All refund requests must be made in writing and may be submitted to Meg Thaxton.
Full refund (less $75 processing fee) through Friday, March 10.
50% refund from March 11 - March 31.
No refunds will be grated after March 31. Exceptions may only be granted by the ILMA CEO after the conclusion of the meeting.
Any hotel cancellation fees are separate. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel reservations.
You must register first in order to make your hotel reservation. Please be certain you see the confirmation page verifying you have successfully registered. You will receive your confirmation, along with hotel reservation information, minutes after registering.
Your ILMA login information will be required for registration. If you have attended ILMA meetings in the past or have been involved in any ILMA activities, you already have a login set up, so please do not create a new username. If you do not know your login information, have meeting and registration questions, or if you need special accommodations/have dietary restrictions, please contact Meg Thaxton at 703-684-5574 or email@example.com.
