ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration and hotel reservations are now open.
The deadline for online registration is September 22. After that date, you may still come to the meeting and register onsite at an increased rate.
You may register online or by filling out the registration form and returning it along with your payment to:

ILMA Registration Fees:
Fees include admission to all meeting and social functions.
To be included in the final registration lists in the Registration Booklet, ILMA must receive your registration payment by September 8, 2017.
The ILMA Member Early Registration and Registration Fees apply only to those attendees who are employed by an ILMA Member Company.
- Early registration fee: $1,045 by Friday, September 1
- Registration fee: $1,145 after September 1
- Onsite registration fee: $1,395
Spouse / Guest Registration Fee: $350
Spouses and guests (18 years and older) must register at the spouse/guest fee to attend any ILMA social and/or business functions.
Any employee of an ILMA Member Company must pay the Member Registration Fee.
Non-Member First-Time Attendee
An individual or their company that has never attended an ILMA meeting. If you are interested in attending as a non-member first-time attendee, and also in joining the Association, please contact the ILMA office at 703-684-5574 or firstname.lastname@example.org before registering, so that meeting and membership options can be explained.
- Registration fee: $2,550
- Onsite registration fee: $2,800
An individual or company that has attended previous ILMA meetings and is currently not a member of the Association..
- Registration fee: $5,050
- Onsite registration fee: $5,300
You must register for the meeting first in order to be able to make your hotel reservation.
- Be certain you see the confirmation page verifying you have successfully registered. You will receive your confirmation, along with hotel reservation information, minutes after you register!

PLEASE NOTE THESE IMPORTANT DATES
July 17 - Registration opens at noon Eastern time
Mid-August - The current registration list will begin posting weekly on ILMA’s website and app
September 1 - Early registration cutoff & hotel reservation cutoff
September 8 - Registration with payment must be received by this date to be included in the final printed registration lists in the Registration Booklet
September 18 - Deadline to register for the special Saturday Winter Park tour
September 22 - Online registration closes. You may still come to the meeting and register onsite at an increased rate.
- All refund requests must be made in writing.
- Full refund [less $75 processing fee] through Friday, September 1st.
- 50% refund from September 2nd - September 22nd.
- No refund will be granted after September 22. Exceptions may only be granted by the ILMA CEO after the conclusion of the meeting.
- Any hotel cancellation fees are separate - please contact the hotel directly to cancel reservations.
